The Glass House by Iguana Developments is possibly one of the most unique apartment developments in the North of England. Both the design and location makes The Glass House an exciting place to live.

The incredible £20m refurbishment of the former Police Station HQ in Hull’s Queen’s Gardens includes 94 apartments and duplex penthouses aimed at owner-occupiers and the developer has created a six star experience in terms of location and smart features.

We’re over the moon to be part of this project, plugging ultrafast internet into each and every one of the apartments. Residents will be surrounded by the rich culture and heritage of Hull City Centre with plenty of places and events to discover.

There’s so much on its doorstep with quirky bars, restaurants serving up everything from fine dining to street food, a state-of-the-art venue which attracts some of the biggest bands, comedians and performers. Plus a range of shops from independent chocolatiers to favourite high street brands. That’s just the beginning, there’s so much more to explore.

The Iguana Developments’ brand is synonymous with quality, attracting people from villages and areas around East Yorkshire to relocate their home to the city centre. This is the third project we’ve worked on for Iguana, with connections already at HU1 Living at Essex House and Liberty House.

The developments include smart features from the residents’ cinema, gym and gaming rooms and now The Glass House has gone a step further with a private dining room and open plan co-work space for people working from home. We’ve installed FTTH (fibre to the home) to these high-spec 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. They will each have individual ultrafast fibre internet connections with their own ONT and Router. Our engineers have been busy working on this project ahead of the launch of the development.

The internet packages available to residents will all be unlimited so they can stream their favourite shows, shop online, browse social media and play games as much as they’d like with speeds between 30Mbps all the way up to 1000Mbps.

Residents will benefit from some of the cheapest fibre services across the Hull area. We’ll also be offering a 10% discount each month to all customers at the The Glass House and they will receive a free Router when they sign up.
