APARTMENT BUILDING REFURB PROJECT COMPLETES

Iguana Developments has completed the refurbishment of apartments at Liberty House in Hull’s old Town.

The building comprises a total of 25 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as a residents’ gym and communal cinema.

The property developer has also confirmed that 50 per cent of the apartments have been reserved off-plan, ahead of an open day on 6 April 2019.

Jason Coleman, managing director of Iguana Developments, said: “We’ve had an excellent response to sales and I am very happy that fifty percent of the apartments have been reserved before it is even finished. Buyer feedback confirms that our efforts to make Liberty House different has paid off. We have included many extras as standard to make the property stand out from the rest of the market.”

Charlotte Colclough from William H Brown is the selling agent for Iguana Developments. She added: “Feedback on the three initial show apartments is very positive with over half of the development being reserved prior to the project’s completion. Now we are able to show viewers the rest of the development as well as two new show flats.”
